1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GetKnown mobile application (the "App") or any related services offered by Connection Labs LLC ("GetKnown," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GetKnown. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GetKnown is a structured 91-day skill-building program delivered through a mobile application. The App provides daily exercises, behavioral prompts, progress tracking, and gamified content designed to help users develop real-world social connection skills. GetKnown is a skill-building and personal development tool only.

GETKNOWN IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE, CLINICAL SERVICE, THERAPEUTIC SERVICE, OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Use of the App does not create a provider-patient relationship of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The App is not designed for or directed to individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use the App.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

GetKnown reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove content, and refuse service at our sole discretion.

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

• Use automated means to access or scrape the App

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

GetKnown is a personal development and skill-building program. It is not a medical product, mental health treatment, therapy, or clinical service of any kind. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, or disease.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (911), the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

GetKnown is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional or medical provider, please consult with them before beginning any new personal development program.

Use of the App by individuals with active mental health conditions should be undertaken only with the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETKNOWN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GETKNOWN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GETKNOWN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GetKnown does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetKnown and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Termination

GetKnown may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or canceling your subscription through the applicable app store.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

14. Changes to Terms

GetKnown reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
